It has been a busy start to the New Year here at the KBSA  and I am delighted that we have now  launched our digital offering  and are ready to fully engage with the exciting new world of digital and social media.    

Those that attended  The AGM and conference last year will remember the presentation from  Chris Hambly  of  Social Media in Business.  He gave a very convincing presentation about how social media is changing the way retailers communicate with their customers during the buying cycle and how a focused digital media plan could influence the customer experience.
