We previously had a gas hob which we were reluctant to change for an induction hob but after speaking to Dave Oxley and having a demonstration we went for the induction which has proved to be fantastic. We had recommendations from a number of people to contract with Mike. Mike and all staff were competent, polite and cared about what we were trying to achieve. We had approached Mike with an idea for a design but after a good chat or two Mike opened our eyes to new possibilities. Pete and Ross, who installed the kitchen were great, it was like having friends in the house rather than tradesmen. The work area was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. The kitchen wasn't cheap but then we wanted something of good quality and design that would last and that's what we got.

My kitchen is small with little natural light, and I love cooking so I wanted an out of the box design making maximum use of space. I enjoyed working with Regal on the design as John took on board my ideas to make them work, and highlighted issues as necessary. As promised, project management was evident throughout the whole process as well as the extra care taken to address limited space available around my home eg waste was removed promptly and goods delivered closer to actual day being installed. I thought the way that Janice kept me informed and checked that I was happy with progress was reassuring albeit everything was running smoothly .Andy and Ricky were the fantastic installers: I was in awe of their skills, confident in their work, appreciated their respect for my home and the way they engaged with me. Another feature that stood out were the number of visits to my home was the home design visit, the survey visit by the installation manager, the pre installation visit by the person, the installation, the post visit by the installation manager and so on. This was in marked contrast to other experience I have witnessed around kitchen and bathroom projects etc. I was dreading the renovation of my old kitchen, but choosing Regal Kitchens has turned out to be a really positive experience. I feel confident that I can rely on the company in the future, and recommend it to others. I also realise that my original kitchen never felt really completed - it was installed by a well known brand company - whereas my new kitchen has been tackled as a whole project. It feels complete from the new flooring, lighting, cupboards, etc. While the kitchen has cost a lot of money, I feel that it will prove to be value for money over time. I suspect that it has cost less than having chosen some popular brand companies where the costs were not so up front and various tradesmen would have had to be engaged separately.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Regal Kitchens. In a world where customer service has been largely lost, they really stood out to us as a company that cares and want the best outcome for their clients. The design was better than anything else we had seen, the installer was a pleasure to have at our home and they listened to our feedback throughout the process. When we saw a storage solution feature on social media that we hadn’t previously thought of, they seamlessly adapted it into the fitting process. Although my husband is tech savvy with the appliances we chose, I am definitely less so, so the fact that Regal offered a service where they taught us to use everything (such a how to cook certain items in our new ovens) and benefit from the features we’s chosen was a massive benefit. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.

We chose to proceed with Denmore after consulting with 4 other designers. They provided a stand-out design which gave us exactly what we wanted as well as things we didn’t know we needed! Attention to detail was fantastic. The quote was well presented and financially we felt we were getting very good value. Our project was a complex one, requiring project managing which we feel Denmore carried out well. During installation, changes needed to be made and it was no problem. Equally when there were things not working as expected, the tradesmen problem solved efficiently. After sales have also been excellent, a phone call was all that was needed to resolve snagging issues. We would highly recommend Denmore and look forward to working with them again in the future.

It's a huge undertaking both in terms of upheaval at home, cost and the worry of hidden issues but Lima solved everything along the way and made the journey as smooth as it could be. I was cleaning the fridge freezer out yesterday and realised that it is coming up to the 2nd anniversary of our kitchen being fitted. We are still so very pleased with it. We only called in the showroom to see an oven and it was the beginning of our cooking future! Our kitchen is SO small, but performs so well. Not once have we said. “It would have been better if…….....”. We don’t even hanker after something bigger, bigger is just not necessary! We love it. 2 happy cooks ! We had the previous kitchen for 26 years and loved it. We worried that the next might not be as good. But it is even better! All seemingly so easily accomplished. A really good experience from start to finish. Loved it all. And now loving cooking in it!

Recommendation from friends who are very fussy (!) was all that we required. We were not disappointed. The design, which was a significant change from the bathroom being removed, meets all of our needs. The bathroom was 'future proofing' ease of use for us. The addition of a walk-in easy-clean shower cubicle, relocated toilet, 'classic' bathroom design using modern materials, and ultra modern LED lighting that could have colour temperature and light intensity adjusted by us is also good.

From design to complete installation, we cannot fault Regal. Stacey understood our brief and designed a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Dan our fitter was extremely friendly, kept us informed of the progress and really paid attention to detail. Our new kitchen was part of a wider project / extension and Dan worked really well with our external contractors to ensure everything fitted and worked well. The wider Regal team, in particular Janice, always responded to any calls and emails immediately. Post installation Emma came round and demonstrated all the appliances to us including cooking a 3 course meal which was awesome. We cannot rate this company highly enough.

Regal kitchens and their staff were extremely helpful and met all our needs for the kitchen. They were focused on providing a high quality solution and nothing was too much trouble. When it came to the fitting everything went very smoothly as far as we were concerned. The fitters made a difficult job seem easy and always arrived on time and kept us fully informed of what they were doing and left everything tidy when they left. The overall impression is one of high professionalism and also a personal touch. We are very happy with the result.

We wanted to upgrade the bathrooms as part of an old house renovation project, which would include a new bathroom, a revamped shower room, a downstairs guest shower room and a utility. The project also included a re-tiled hallway and the creation of a study. From start to finish, Michael and his team were exceptional, and their knowledge and advice invaluable. Our house is quirky and so the team needed to be creative - but the effort was more than worth it as we now have three stunning bathrooms and a home that works beautifully for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Goodwins Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms.

I chose this retailer after seeing a friends bathroom who had hers done with them , then met the retailer who came to my house , liked the fact he really listened to what I wanted and kept in touch through out , told him what expense I wanted to pay and he came back with a really nice design , the installers came to do the job and kept me informed of what they had done each day and cleaned up very good every day after themselves , nothing was to much trouble , would definitely recommend Goodwins , and I’m so pleased with my Bathroom , it looks amazing

No major structural changes to walls or layout but a reasonable sized refit job nonetheless, to replace an old kitchen and utility room, all appliances, worktops, flooring, radiators, with additional electrical work required across 2 other rooms, carried out over an 8 week period. The choice of cabinetry was impressive, with the quality of build and materials being their best feature; the design process was not rushed and several different configurations were discussed to ensure that the finished layout of cabinets and appliances works for us. Minor 'snags lists' were promptly addressed and rectified to ensure an excellent finished product which is an important consideration as a kitchen company that supply and fit can best be judged on their willingness and ability to ensure that the finished installation is of the highest standard. All the Regal team are a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending Regal Kitchens.

We were initially drawn to Regal Kitchens by friends recommendation and after our meeting with John who came to see our old kitchen we went to the showroom to see what was on offer and decide if we were interested. We were impressed by the friendly approach and the professional attitude. All our questions were answered showing experience and knowledge of the materials, colour schemes etc. A date for installation to begin was set and from then on the teams worked brilliantly. The men were punctual, efficient and hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. All their work was checked. We are very pleased with our kitchen and congratulate on Regal Kitchens for their excellent organisation and customer care. We were given instruction on using our new Neff ovens by Emma who even managed to cook a three-course meal while she explained the different features. All the staff were efficient and importantly always cheerful. We have no hesitation in recommending Regal Kitchens to anyone who wants to refurbish their kitchen. Well done!

We visited Regal in September 2021 and found Emma very helpful in advising what Regal could do for us. This was followed by a home visit by John who designed the layout and provided more helpful comments. The design and spec were drawn up and costed and a few minor adjustments were made before giving the go-ahead. Phil carried out a structural survey and the work was scheduled at our request to start in January 2022. Dan was our fitter and he worked well with sub-contractors and our own plumber who was installing a new boiler. There were "no problems - only solutions" and the work progressed with a small interruption with Dan getting Covid. It was completed in February and post-installation visits made by Phil and John - followed by small snagging tasks - and then signing off at the end of March. All in all a very impressive company with super-helpful showroom staff, a very skilled friendly fitter and professional management.

Any issues we had during the installation and changes were met professionally and with understanding. We definitely felt, as customers, that our needs were important and met as best as possible. We particularly loved the unique touch of Emma coming to house to cook a 3 course meal with us so that she could make sure that we knew all we needed to know about our appliances. We are very happy with our beautiful new kitchen by Regal Kitchens. Everyone at Regal was knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to help us get the design just right and were always happy to answer all of our questions. We went with Regal based on the good reviews we had seen and the fact that they were able to complete all the work we required, including removing an internal wall. After the kitchen was completed they returned to do a post installation visit to check we were completely happy and we even had a visit from Emma to demonstrate how to get the best out of our new ovens. Excellent customer service!

We have used Regal Kitchens twice now . We decided to use them again as all aspects of the service from design, fitting and aftercare were carried out to a very high standard . Our fitter Ian was excellent , a first class fitter . Always arrived at the time said everyday . A really nice touch when our kitchen was finished was Emma coming to our house to demonstrate how all the new appliances worked at the same time as cooking a family meal. Really pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend to friends and family .

From kitchen design to install it’s been a simple pleasurable process with Regal. Lovely people to deal with, no hidden extras on cost. Helpful and informative every step of the way. We had an extension built to accommodate our new Kitchen/Diner, once the building was complete it was over to Regal to install the new kitchen, things had over run with the Builders and Electricians so the kitchen install couldn’t start at the time planned but Regal were happy to reschedule and get started at a later date with no fuss. The quality and attention to detail was excellent leaving us with an outstanding kitchen, couldn’t be happier with the results.

The initial consultation in our home with Stacey was excellent, she is very knowledgable and gave us some ideas for our final design. Our subsequent appointment in the showroom with her also gave us time to look at things up close and really get a feel for the products we were choosing. Our fitting went smoothly, any issues were rectified and nothing was too much trouble - special thanks to Janice and Phil. The quality of our new kitchen is lovely, we’re really pleased and we have much more room which was our original objective. A huge added bonus was having Emma visit us post install, to show us how to use our new appliances and cook us a 3 course meal! She even brought along the ingredients and was such a pleasure to have in our home, thank you so much! That’s really going the extra mile! Thanks to all at Regal, what a fab company!

We chose Regal kitchens because from the start of the process the showroom staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made you feel nothing was too much trouble.
