  • Gap opened up next to the chimney feels more spacious, comfortable less cluttered
  • Keeps the kitchen in one area
  • Concrete look is industrial/urban
  • Open brickwork adds texture
  • Kitchen is so well contained - could bypass the kitchen if you wanted to
  • Nice area for kitchen - big enough for a small family
  • Works as a whole interior space
  • Good balance - for an industrial space but with doors to cover clutter
  • The level of presentation is excellent
