KBSA ANNOUNCES 2017 DESIGNER AWARD WINNERS 5

The Kbsa announced the winners of the 2017 Designer Awards at the Networking Dinner held at the Welcombe Hotel, Stratford upon Avon on 03 October.

Five Designer Awards were presented following the Kbsa AGM Conference.

Winner of the Kitchen Designer of the Year (Under £30k), sponsored by Omega, was Belinda Dangerfield, from Qudaus Living with her modern family kitchen that provided its owners with the perfect space for entertaining.

Winner of the Kitchen Designer of the Year (Over £30k), sponsored by Neff, was Dan Stronge of Jones Britain whose traditional, ornate kitchen design was praised for its attention to detail.

Winner of the Bathroom Designer of the Year, sponsored by Cosentino, was Gayle Bond from Ream with her luxurious bathroom design that was credited for having timeless appeal.

Winner of the Young Designer of the Year, sponsored by Whirlpool, was Jenna Milne of Denmore Kitchens and Bathrooms, judges commented that the simple and effective design showcased Jenna’s creative talent.

Winner of the Kitchen Concept Designer of the Year, sponsored by Blum, was Laura Baxter of Kitchens International, who wins this award for the second year running. The judges commented on her interpretation of the brief.

Judge Renee Mascari, owner of Mascari Design Solutions said, “The Kbsa Designer Awards continue to go from strength to strength, with another fantastic selection of entries this year. The standards remain really high, reflecting the wealth of design talent amongst Kbsa members.”
