Kbsa announces keynote speakers at their 2015 National Meeting 28
May '15

The KBSA have announced one of their keynote speakers at their 2015 National Meeting and Networking Dinner being held at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon, on 16 September 2015.

Jonathan Winchester, founder of Shopper Anonymous UK. Jonathan established Shopper Anonymous UK in 2006 and now runs the UK’s largest feedback organisation; with a sound business model, Regional Directors now represent the company throughout UK.

The knowledge accumulated from working with over 700 clients and conducting 300,000 ‘mystery shops’ has given Jonathan and the team an amazing insight into great (and poor) customer service. With a portfolio of business varying from accountants to zoos, attractions to vets with much in between, the company is ideally placed to motivate owners and managers to make instant and ongoing improvements to customer experiences.

Jonathan is well known for his experience, business advice and conference delivery. He is a regular speaker and recently shared a platform with Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.

Ruth Ward , Sales & Marketing Director, said ‘We were delighted when Jonathan agreed to speak to our members this year, as first class customer service is integral to a successful business. Our independent retailers are no different, in striving to provide the best customer journey possible. And reaction from previous years indicates clearly that Jonathan will add genuine value.

Delegates can book for this event by contacting Dawn Harlow, at KBSA Head Office Admin on 01623 818808, or by email to dawnharlow@kbsa.org.uk.

Further speakers are expected to be announced shortly.
