The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has enjoyed an exceptionally successful year at the Grand Designs Live Exhibition in Birmingham with visitors queuing to take advice from their KBB expert.
The KBSA was situated in the Ask An Expert area located within the Grand Build hall and had an expert on hand to answer any visitors’ questions on buying a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or home office.
Ruth Ward, KBSA sales and marketing director comments: “Our expert Alan Stanford had to make shorter appointments such was the demand for advice, proving that homeowners are not looking for quick fixes but wanting to invest in quality improvements in their homes.
“The enquiries were all for imminent projects for kitchens and bathrooms within the next six-months or so and most were new builds or extensions with just a few refurbishments of existing rooms.
“Big wide, bi-fold doors to the garden from an extended kitchen featured heavily in queries so the theme was definitely open plan/combined living, cooking, eating and living areas with sleek, glossy minimalist ranges.
“The exhibition proved once again that even in these austere times, the design skills and service offered by the specialist retailer is still very much in demand.”
