The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialist Association (KBSA) was busy giving out guidance and advice to consumers at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show which was held at the NEC on 19-22 March.
The KBSA were situated in the Kitchens and Bathrooms Spotlight area of the exhibition and had experts on hand to answer consumer queries on updating and improving their homes.
“The Spotlight on Kitchens and Bathrooms was well promoted, easy to find and offered a welcome respite from a busy show for visitors wanting to take time out to discuss their kitchen and bathroom installations,” said KBSA sales and marketing director, Ruth Ward.
“Our experts were extremely busy advising consumers throughout the show. We found that many visitors wanted to know how to ensure they chose a reputable retailer and what they should look for in terms of consumer protection.
“The Homebuilding and Renovating Show is an important part of our consumer communication campaign, enabling us to promote the benefits of using a KBSA retailer directly to those interested in improving their home.”
Homebuilding & Renovating exhibition is primarily focussed on individuals looking to build or renovate their own homes, with 63% of visitors having live or imminent projects. The show attracted over 46, 500 visitors last year of which includes a significant trade audience of around 11,000 visitors and is the best-attended event of its type in the UK.
