The KBSA (Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom Specialist Association) has warned of the dangers of using rogue traders after the Government body Consumer Direct reported approaching one million complaints on 'cowboy companies' were received.
Consumer Direct received 850,000 complaints against a variety of traders, which emphasises the importance of using a KBSA registered member to carry out home improvements.
