Graham Ball, CEO of the KBSA has announced the appointment of two new sales agents, who are joining the KBSA team with immediate effect.
Mark Clayton will be sales agent for the South, South West and South Wales areas. Mark’s responsibilities will include bringing on board new members as a result of a number of membership initiatives announced by the KBSA in recent months.
Andy Welsh joins the KBSA as sales agent for Scotland and has been working in the kitchen industry for over 35 years. Andy was in fact one of the KBSA’s first members in Scotland and for the last twenty years has been working as an agent for Nolte Kitchens and more recently for Marble Building Products.
Andy and Mark join recently appointed agent John Ross along with John Elliot who is active in London and the Home Counties. All four will be responsible for following up leads in their areas gained from exhibitions, telephone calls or the KBSA website, including the vetting process for all formal applicants. They will also be available to respond to any members’ issues as and when they arise, improving communication and support for current members.
Mark comments: “I am delighted to be taking on this role. I have always been a great supporter of the KBSA and believe that specialist retailers need the support that the Association offers now more than ever.”
