Ashford Kitchens and Interiors were fantastic from start to finish. Attention to detail and understanding the customer requirements were key to our decision for going with them. Customer service was excellent and we were never not able to speak with the team.

The first thing that set Ashford Kitchens apart, was they phoned us back when they promised. We could take our dog to the showroom. We were never pressured into buying and the fitting was done so well.

As previously stated, several friends had recommended this local company. We are more than happy that they did. The service we received was first class in all departments. We particularly wanted a company that would project manage from beginning to end, which is what we received. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company in the future, in fact we have already done so. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who listened to our wants and needs and acted upon them to our complete satisfaction. The company were very professional at all time, offering good advice and always acted in our best interest. As a result we were immensely pleased with the final result.

Ashford Kitchens & Interiors Ltd is a well-organised family business - efficient, reliable and pains-taking in their approach to work....but they still manage to be friendly, helpful and fully supportive to their customers. The work which they did for me (supply and install a new kitchen) was carried out without any stress or delay - and the finished result even surpassed my very demanding expectations. Ashford's excellence has also extended to their after sales support: a service which cannot be faulted.

After spending hours and hours visiting so many different kitchen retails, we visited Ashford kitchens and wish we had just gone there first. The sales service was good but their fitters and after care was excellent. We have received replies to all our queries very quickly and have had fitters return to fix any small problems with no quibbles or delays. They are always so professional and helpful and worked very well with our builders, adapting around them without any issues.

The service from start to finish was highly professional and personal from all of the team and it was a pleasure to work with them. The project was delivered slightly earlier than promised which was fantastic and the quality finish is great.

The salesman was enthusiastic about the products and provided alternative and realistic options - nothing was too much trouble and the fitters were excellent. We cannot praise them highly enough and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Ashford lived up to their reputation. Communication was excellent throughout, they were responsive and patient with the many changes we asked for. Every member of their team was a delight to deal with. The product was as described and we are very pleased with the quality and design. Their fitters were prompt, accommodating and very tidy and did an excellent job. Aftercare service was also good. We wished we had asked more questions about the appliances as we probably won't get full use of all the features and therefore might have saved ourselves some money, but this is a small consideration in the scheme of things.

We were very impressed with the choices at their show room. Once we had chosen a style we liked they did an on site inspection. This was very useful as some choices we had made were not necessarily the most practical in the space available. The subsequent design and plans were clear and itemised, with all the costs clearly stated. This allowed us to decide to add or subtract accordingly. A start date was agreed and Lee our fitter was brilliant. He kept us fully informed of his schedule and was considerate to us living in the home, while he worked. Our kitchen was finished on time and we are so delighted with the finished results. We have recommended them to someone else and they found them just as helpful and efficient

The showroom was very well set out and the service given there was very helpful and clear. They were happy to discuss our requirements within our budget and worked hard to help us achieve everything we wanted.

They understood what I was trying to achieve and came up with a design that matched my requirements and added additional benefits. The design of door they had was not found anywhere else.

Having previously used Ashford Kitchen and Interiors when we had our kitchen and utility room fitted a few years ago we knew that they were an excellent company to deal with and that the standard of work was extremely high.
