Our designer Sara was incredibly helpful and her design ideas are amazing. We achieved exactly what we wanted and the end result is better than we could ever of imagined.

Elements has been very patient as delays with our building project knocked this back several times. They have kept in contact throughout to check how things are going. At the outset our designer was open with is about options for saving money including going elsewhere for some features. Whole process has been transparent and the final product is excellent.

Brilliant experience. Over the past 6 months we've carried out a significant amount of works completely renovating and extending our house which has involved dealing with a number of different suppliers. I can honestly say that dealing with Elements has been the easiest and smoothest undertaking of them all. From Sara in the design team through to Alan for the installation, everyone was very helpful, easy to deal with, and work was carried out to an exceptional standard. And not just from the Elements team but also the subcontracted out parts too - the guys from Boundary Carpets who laid the Amtico downstairs did an absolutely amazing job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elements to anyone.

Very pleased with the whole process from design to completion. There were a few snags along the way but these were dealt with promptly.

Elements proved to be a good team. Each specialist worked quickly, cleanly and competently. They were all good at finding solutions to the unexpected. Our kitchen has some awkward spaces, which were dealt with good humour and we have been left with a beautiful and useful kitchen, which is a delight to use.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Fantastic fitter and project manager. We did hit a couple of problems but Elements quickly responded and issues were resolved which is sign of a great company. Elements did everything, including Amtico flooring. Designer Sarah was so incredibly patient and pointed out all issues we should be aware of! A really fantastic bunch of people.

We shopped around various retailers but couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, everywhere else seemed to lack the wow factor which is what we were attempting to achieve and in addition to find a kitchen which would incorporate the style of our property.

Warmth of welcome on first visit to showroom. Ability to give a ball park quotation for the project. Showroom had good range of projects which helped us to envisage what we might get.
