  • The general satisfaction has been quoted as only 'good' not excellent as the supplier delivered the wardrobe doors with the incorrect trimmings but HKS corrected this as promptly as they could as it was over the Christmas and new year period. The doors had to be re-ordered and then re-fitted.

The fitter showed much skill and was very receptive to our wishes. Sales service was generally good although there were a few occasions when we felt a little rushed and pressured into making decisions. again though the sales team were accommodating in responding to some changes we made to the design. We are very pleased with the overall outcome and service provided by HKS.
