KBSA ANNOUNCE 2014 EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNERS

The KBSA have announced the winners for their 2014 Excellence Awards which were presented at their 2014 Networking Dinner at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford on Avon.
The Customer Service Award for 2014 was won by retailer member Rooms Kitchen Specialists of Mottingham, members for 28 years, and the runner-up was Gordon Busbridge Furniture of St Leonards on Sea – members for 23 years.
Graham Ball, Chief Executive Officer, said ‘’This award is based purely on customer feedback which I believe in the only true method of judging whether customer performance is genuine, as this type of award must have substance to be meaningful. I am delighted that Rooms have excelled this year, and that Gordon Busbridge’s 100+ year history proves that great service brings longevity. We congratulate them both’.
