Following extensive research with retail members, The Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association (Kbsa) have launched a completely new website to complement their new messaging and graphics.

www.kbsa.org.uk is a brand new website offering any consumer thinking about buying a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom valuable and practical advice to help them with their project.

An innovative feature enables consumers to download a pdf or request a brochure from some of their supporting brands saving them visits to multiple websites during their research. Also from the website consumers can download the Consumer Guide or request one to be sent to them. This new guide is full of valuable tips and hints for their buying process, and also includes details of the market leading Kbsa ConsumerCare Plus insurance protection scheme.

Focussed on helping consumers through the process, consumers can check whether a retailer is a member via the website, and also search for their nearest KBSA retailer using a postcode search on the website.

The new website is the culmination of the Kbsa rebranding, where a new logo was launched in August, 2014 Graham Ball, Chief Executive Officer, said ‘’We are completely focussed on helping consumers researching a new project, as there are many pitfalls that can occur along the way. Our new consumer guide is a great way to start and we would always urge potential buyers to verify that a retailer is a member or not, to minimise risks in the future’.
