Kbsa Success at Grand Designs Live 24
May '19

The Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association (Kbsa) has experienced another successful year at Grand Designs Live, which took place 04-12 May in London at EXCEL.

Two Kbsa retail members gave presentations within the Design & Build Forum and Kbsa retailer DBK Designs from Woodford, Essex was exhibiting.

Keith Myers from the Myers Touch spoke on the topic of “Creating Kitchens with Light Space and Laughter”.  The talk captured the imagination of the listeners and received a fantastic response from the audience, with many queuing up with questions at the end of the talk.

Rob Guinan from Jacob Roberts Interiors Ltd theme was creating “A Lifestyle Kitchen” – a subject he is incredibly knowledgeable about and is supported by his best- selling book of the same title.  He spoke passionately about various design, appliances, ergonomics, cooking patterns, colours, style and trends, lighting and budgeting.

DBK Designs showcased a fantastic display to entice customers on to their stand, with a range of appliances, unique finishes and sleek worktops that generated a lot of interest from visitors.

Kbsa national chair Richard Hibbert said, “We are delighted that the London show was a great success.  We are looking forward to repeating this at the Birmingham event in October.”
