The Kbsa has welcomed four more new members into the association in the last few weeks, continuing the rise in membership, with 12 new showrooms joining the association in the last 5 months.

The new independent retailers are, Staffordshire Kitchens, Minister Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms, Urban Haus Design Studio Ltd and SB Plumbing.  All four members were looking for the added assurance that membership brings to customers looking to invest in their homes as lockdown eases.

David Minster from Minster Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms said, “Kbsa membership gives our customers peace of mind that they are dealing with a bona-fide company.

Sandra Johnson from Staffordshire Kitchens added, “I joined Kbsa as being affiliated or recommended by a professional body helps to boost consumer confidence, especially during these unprecedented COVID19 times.  In addition for the business owner the Kbsa is a great support network especially with guidance on working safely during COVID19 as well as guidance on customer contracts. Kbsa helps to give me peace of mind that I am part of a professional body working with good ethics and codes of conduct.”

Stuart Barber from SB Plumbing also values being part of the association and believes that it helps his business stand apart from the competition.

Kbsa National Account Manager Allister Reed said, “We are delighted to welcome four more new members.  Independent retailers are finding the support we can provide during these uncertain times extremely valuable.”
