The 2019 Kbsa Conference, AGM and Awards Dinner has been a sell-out and is now fully booked. Bookings are up by 30% for the awards dinner this year, with all rooms at the Stratford Manor Hotel allocated.

“We are delighted that this year’s event has proved so popular,” says Kbsa chair Richard Hibbert.

“With a programme that includes interactive workshops that will cover, Social Media Solutions, The Customer Journey and The Future Market Place, retailers have recognised the value of taking time out of their businesses to attend.

“We also have a number of top class speakers, which have proved to be a draw. Baroness Michelle Mone OBE will make the keynote speech and Kevin Keegan OBE will provide an after dinner speech and be part of the awards presentation.
