I chose this retailer as they did my neighbour's kitchen to such a high standard that I had kitchen envy and wanted to upgrade mine. The planning process was seamless. I was given a timetable for all works along with telephone contact numbers for the different trades. Everybody arrived when they said they would and we finished the whole job on time. Each different trade (fitter, plumber, electrician, flooring etc.) were clean, tidy, polite and efficient.

When we bought our home in 2022 we knew we wanted to redesign the kitchen / dining area - we wanted the 'wow factor'. We were comfortable that Mike and his team would be able to provide this. We are so very happy with all the decisions that Mike helped us make. The fitting team of Neil and Ross have been superb - they really took their time to ensure that everything was finished perfectly. They were respectful of our property and always cleaned up after a full day on site. We had full open communication with Mike, Rebecca and the fitting team. All of this despite our project (the building remodel) running 6 months behind schedule - Mike kept our kitchen stored for us and had the team ready to fit at relatively short notice. We chose to go with Regal Kitchens as it was a local business who also donate to my children's school. The showroom looks fantastic and there is a vast array of products to look at. The personal touch with customer service from day 1 has been really impressive. Regal's product is of a clear high standard and their knowledge of Neff products was really helpful when I was deciding what appliances to go with. Their pricing was comparable to other businesses in the area and they were open and honest about the costing of all parts of the kitchen fitting process. We had our kitchen fitted by Roger who was polite and did an amazing job. He also completed some decorative work and other bits that needed doing to a high standard. All in all, we are extremely happy with the experience and process. Our kitchen is amazing!

We chose Lima based on their reputation and it proved an excellent choice for us. We now have a kitchen completely different to what we envisaged due to the design produced by Elizabeth which went against the conventional, and we are so pleased with it. Consequently we gained valuable space and functionality we did not have with our previous rather tired and conventional kitchen layout.. From start to finish we new exactly what was happening, and the whole project running exactly as per schedule and without any hitches. The contractors used to undertake the work were absolutely amazing, and we could discuss what was planned and any changes with ease. The quality of work produced by them and attention to detail brought the design to life. They were also very accommodating around the work that had to be fitted in by ourselves throughout the install. Throughout the whole project Lima was always easily contactable whenever any questions arose, and our thanks to all at Lima and the contractors who made the whole project work. The workman were first class and a really lovely bunch of lads. Andreya got the type of kitchen we were looking for straight away, there was no hard sell or pressure at any point for us to go with Lima- which was another big factor. The team right the way through the build were brilliant, we had regular meetings and updates; Aishling made sure we knew who to expect and when. The team tidied up so well that most of the time I didn't know they had been other than more cupboards/ lights or wiring had appeared. To be 100% honest, yes there were one or two small snags at the end but again, the team have sorted these with no quibbles or problems at all, and certainly not anything that would make us change the scores at all. We popped in on a Sunday morning to get an idea of what kitchens they offered and it was "love at first sight" - the product and the people. We looked at other providers and no-one else could get near what Regal could do for us. The disruption of a full kitchen refurb was daunting but the team made sure we were kept in the loop, had everything we needed each night of the job, and did a better job of tidying than we could have imagined. The after service is the icing on the cake, having Emma the inhouse economist and Neff specialist come to our house to cook with the whole family was an brilliant experience and so useful. The fitter has been in touch to check we are still happy and the post inspection visit was so thorough. Nothing is too much for Regal, and being a family owned and run business they made us feel part of that family too.

The whole job was project managed by them and everything happened to plan. We had recommendations from a number of people to contract with Mike. Mike and all staff were competent, polite and cared about what we were trying to achieve. We had approached Mike with an idea for a design but after a good chat or two Mike opened our eyes to new possibilities. Pete and Ross, who installed the kitchen were great, it was like having friends in the house rather than tradesmen. The work area was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. The kitchen wasn't cheap but then we wanted something of good quality and design that would last and that's what we got.

My kitchen is small with little natural light, and I love cooking so I wanted an out of the box design making maximum use of space. I enjoyed working with Regal on the design as John took on board my ideas to make them work, and highlighted issues as necessary. As promised, project management was evident throughout the whole process as well as the extra care taken to address limited space available around my home eg waste was removed promptly and goods delivered closer to actual day being installed. I thought the way that Janice kept me informed and checked that I was happy with progress was reassuring albeit everything was running smoothly .Andy and Ricky were the fantastic installers: I was in awe of their skills, confident in their work, appreciated their respect for my home and the way they engaged with me. Another feature that stood out were the number of visits to my home was the home design visit, the survey visit by the installation manager, the pre installation visit by the person, the installation, the post visit by the installation manager and so on. This was in marked contrast to other experience I have witnessed around kitchen and bathroom projects etc. I was dreading the renovation of my old kitchen, but choosing Regal Kitchens has turned out to be a really positive experience. I feel confident that I can rely on the company in the future, and recommend it to others. I also realise that my original kitchen never felt really completed - it was installed by a well known brand company - whereas my new kitchen has been tackled as a whole project. It feels complete from the new flooring, lighting, cupboards, etc. While the kitchen has cost a lot of money, I feel that it will prove to be value for money over time. I suspect that it has cost less than having chosen some popular brand companies where the costs were not so up front and various tradesmen would have had to be engaged separately.

In a world where customer service has been largely lost, they really stood out to us as a company that cares and want the best outcome for their clients. The design was better than anything else we had seen, the installer was a pleasure to have at our home and they listened to our feedback throughout the process. When we saw a storage solution feature on social media that we hadn’t previously thought of, they seamlessly adapted it into the fitting process. Although my husband is tech savvy with the appliances we chose, I am definitely less so, so the fact that Regal offered a service where they taught us to use everything (such a how to cook certain items in our new ovens) and benefit from the features we’s chosen was a massive benefit. Attention to detail was fantastic. The quote was well presented and financially we felt we were getting very good value. Our project was a complex one, requiring project managing which we feel Denmore carried out well. During installation, changes needed to be made and it was no problem. Equally when there were things not working as expected, the tradesmen problem solved efficiently. After sales have also been excellent, a phone call was all that was needed to resolve snagging issues. We would highly recommend Denmore and look forward to working with them again in the future.

It's a huge undertaking both in terms of upheaval at home, cost and the worry of hidden issues but Lima solved everything along the way and made the journey as smooth as it could be. Not only do Lima provide quality kitchens, they're not afraid to tackle issues or move things around to ensure a good result, and I know they're just a phone call away if I need anything. I was cleaning the fridge freezer out yesterday and realised that it is coming up to the 2nd anniversary of our kitchen being fitted. We are still so very pleased with it. We only called in the showroom to see an oven and it was the beginning of our cooking future! Our kitchen is SO small, but performs so well. Not once have we said. “It would have been better if…….....”. We don’t even hanker after something bigger, bigger is just not necessary! We love it. 2 happy cooks ! We had the previous kitchen for 26 years and loved it. We worried that the next might not be as good. But it is even better! All seemingly so easily accomplished. A really good experience from start to finish. Loved it all. And now loving cooking in it!

Communication was fantastic from the first meeting at our home to discuss our layout along with the meeting in the showroom to look at styles, colours and appliances. They understood exactly our requirements. Installation was carried to an excellent standard and within the agreed programme, the fitter was a great ambassador to Regal Kitchens arrived promptly every day and kept us informed of his progress and next steps. The after-sales service and training to ensure we could use all the newly installed appliances to their best advantage were fantastic. Regal were a pleasure to deal with. The design exactly matched our colour preference and design choices and the installation was a great experience too. Our fitter Iam was Mr Perfection himself and did an excellent job of the installation. They also managed to supply the latest Neff N90 range which we wanted competitively price -other companies could not even quote for this ! Finally we even had emma come round a show us how to use our new appliances and cooked us a 3 course meal. They say the client in King and they deliver excellent service and quality
