KBSA ANNOUNCE CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNERS

The KBSA have announced the winners for their 2015 Excellence Awards which were presented at their 2015 Networking Dinner at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford on Avon.
The Customer Service Award for 2015 was won by retailer member Denmore Kitchens and Bathroom Studio of Aberdeen , members for 21 years, and the runner-up was Diane Berry of Diane Berry Kitchens – members for 6 years.
Ruth Ward, Sales & Marketing Director , said ‘’This award is based purely on customer feedback which I believe is the only true method of judging whether customer performance is genuine, as this type of award must have substance to be meaningful’.
