Your access to and interaction with the Website and Member Portal is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Website visitors, Members, and others who access or use the Website and Member Portal.

By accessing and interacting with the Website and Member Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you should not access the Website or use the Member Portal.

The Website and Member Portal are operated by The Kbsa. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 01380740 and have our registered office at Head Office Administration, Mansfield Innovation Centre, Oakham Business Park, Hamilton Way, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 5BR.
