Kbsa Conference 2018

The Kbsa Conference AGM and Awards Dinner took place on Wednesday 12 September at the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon.

The 2018 AGM Conference and Networking Dinner was a hailed as a huge success as the association celebrated 40 successful years and looked to the future with confidence.

Over 115 delegates, with 55 of these being retailers attended the event which was held at The Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon. An exclusive retailer dinner the night before included two presentations from Simon Jones, Director at BSH Home Appliances Ltd and John Seaman, Head of Sales at Blanco UK Ltd.

This year’s programme included three business seminars in the morning that covered training and education, current trends in the customer journey and how best to use social media for business.

The afternoon's agenda consisted of the Kbsa review, update and AGM where all resolutions were duly passed. This was followed by two exceptional speakers, Wayne Hemingway, Designer and co-founder of Hemingway Design, and Penny Mallory, TV presenter and first woman in the world to compete in a World Rally Car.
