With this being a chalet bungalow we had the sloped ceilings to contend with. I left the shower in its original positon inside a recess, we did however add in a corner recessed area with illumination for shampoo bottles etc.

The bath moved to where the WC and basin was originally, the vanity unit to where the bath was and the WC into a new position completely. To utilise the space at the bottom of the sloped ceiling I used a wall hung WC frame and cistern and created a tiled shelving area to the side of this for additional towel storage etc. An illuminated recess was created along the bath wall, the feature tile was used on the back of this recess.

A feature was made of the vanity unit in not only a feature tile, but the wall that this was on was built out to allow for hidden LED lighting to go vertically either side as a feature in itself.

Large 1m x 1m floor tiles and large wall tiles 1.2m x 0.45m were used to keep grout lines to a minimum. A bespoke painted MDF circle was created to line the circular window.

The main lights are hardly ever turned on now as the clients use the recessed lighting in the evenings as they feel this is nicer than and not as harsh as the main lights.
