Our clients pooled resources for a shared house and the kitchen renovation was to be the heart of the home. The kitchen was required to be inclusive and accessible as well as a functional and welcoming space for everyone in the household.

Meeting with Justin & Bon and hearing how fixed they were on their design raised some concerns. There were areas I felt needed challenging. Asking a few probing questions I was able to test how open they would be to alternative ideas. It took some persuasion but they allowed me to make amendments so long as I could provide added functionality, ‘gadgets’ and accessibility. Their broad vision was inline with my own design style and outlook however, there were plenty of areas for functional improvement and attention to detail.
