The client chose quartz worktops as they wanted something that was practical and hardwearing. We opted for a Silestone worktop in Miami Vena, as it is light coloured it achieved the calm and bright appearance the client wanted. It works beautifully in contrast to the painted Anthracite shaker cabinetry, showing off both the cabinets and worktops without taking anything away from each other. The oak open shelf units add a subtle warmth to the design and allows for the customer to show off their personality with their décor, which we have highlighted with LED lighting.

Our clients were very keen on having dark tones throughout the space. We included a black Quooker tap, brushed brass handles, Heartwood Moka Minoli floor tiles and to top it off, two graphite ovens from the Neff collection, which were at the top of the wish list. Another item high on the wish list was a pantry to be able to hide their smaller kitchen appliances, like the microwave and coffee machine. After seeing our breakfast pantry in the showroom, they knew it was essential to have it in their own kitchen. We added this into the design, and it not only hid away their smaller appliances but gave them extra storage.

The large central kitchen island allows for this family of four to sit comfortably and offers ample worktop space that the clients desperately wanted. To help keep within the client’s budget, they opted for our ex-display Neff ceiling extractor, which pairs perfectly with the Neff 80cm flex induction hob. The Neff wine cooler was also a must for entertaining their friends and family, the dual zone is ideal for every type of wine drinker, creating the perfect temperature for both red and white.

We loved working with this local family to help bring their dream kitchen to life, and creating a space that is both beautiful and practical.
