Client Brief:
Creating a stylish and contemporary liner Germanic kitchen that will help with clients busy lifestyle, simple with lots of storage.
As they are keen cooks with a young family I wanted to create a free flowing space from Kitchen area to dining to casual seating, as this also lends itself for a great entertaining area with view out to the garden.
Using a mix of colours and textures, using these to section off areas with in the kitchen making them a feature.
Layout:
I felt that this layout was the best use of space, as makes it feel more open and great for their busy lifestyles and entertaining.
Giving them lots of storage and also having an area for the kids to play in while Mrs Gilbert is in the kitchen, which at night becomes a good place to entertain.
Each area is designed for ease of use and flows into another for practical storage and areas for the children.
