A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO GRAHAM BALL

The recent retirement of Graham Ball has been well reported in the press and several leading industry figures and organisations have taken the time to comment on his commitment and contribution to the industry.
The Kbsa has benefited from Grahams guidance over the last 7 ½ years as CEO and before this during the many years that he was actively involved.
As an active member he has always done more than most to promote the benefits of a national trade association for both retailers and corporates, encouraging the industry to work together for the benefit of the greater good.
Throughout his tenure at the helm of the KBSA, Graham’s experience and guidance was invaluable both to me personally in my role as National Chair and also the Kbsa Board. He was very generous with his time and available to offer advice and a considered view whenever needed to many Kbsa members and specifically Board members.
Graham’s belief and commitment to the Kbsa and kbb independent specialist retailers was heartfelt. I will miss working with Graham in his capacity as the KBSA CEO, and as fellow colleague in the industry.
On behalf of the Kbsa, Kbsa Board and myself, I would like to thank Graham for his support and dedication to the Kbsa and the kbb industry.
