This year’s KBB Birmingham (2-5th March) promises to be the most exciting yet for the KBSA. We will have previews of our brand new graphics and messaging that will form the core of our marketing strategy for 2014, a seminar in association with our new partner Dulux Interior Design service and a host of special offers for new members that visit the stand.
We have been working with a new creative agency over the last few months to develop new messages to support our focus on presenting a clear message to consumers and potential members. We will have some of the first visuals available at KBB to share with members along with details of the full programme of change that we have begun. New initiatives include:
Things are well in hand now, and whilst not everything will be available immediately, the change programme will take 12-18 months, we will phase materials and activities in as and when they are ready. We have already started on the website with the addition of a catalogue warehouse on our home page. We are trialling this as part of our plans to generate consumer leads in the future, and if the trial is successful, plan to roll out into our new website later this year.
- NEW WEBSITE – targeted for June ’14 launch
- SOCIAL MEDIA campaigns
- LEAD GENERATION from working with our corporate members
- Customer service data to be IMPROVED and shared with you
- UPGRADED Code of Practice and NEW Consumer Pledge
Don’t miss our seminar about colour trends to celebrate the launch of the partnership with the Dulux Design Service. The seminar will explore in depth each of the 5 new trends identified for 2014 by the Dulux team and a team of highly skilled designers, architects, and fashion and industry experts from all over the world. This seminar is a must for all kitchen and bathroom designers that want to keep abreast of emerging trends and embrace design and colour themes throughout the home. It’s on at 1.30pm on Monday 3rd March.
We will be offering 15 months for the price of 12 months membership for any potential member that expresses an interest at KBB and subsequently joins the KBSA, a saving of up to £345, making the membership even better value.
Finally we have a fantastic prize, kindly donated by corporate member Swift Electrical, an ISE Evolution 200 waste disposal unit RRP £400. Visit our stand, I135 to be in with a chance of winning this great prize.
