Dr Martin Littlewood And Andy Mclachlan To Be Guest Speakers At Kbsa Kitchen And Bathroom Conference

One of the UK’s leading Performance Psychologists Dr Martin Littlewood, and published author, entrepreneur and business and leadership coach Andy McLachlan have been named as a guest speakers at the Kbsa Kitchen and Bathroom Conference 2022.
Martin is widely recognised as a foremost consultant in professional football for developing and supporting individuals, teams and organisations on performance, leadership, identity and culture.
Martin worked in the English Premier League for the past 17 years and is an Associate Professor at Liverpool John Moores University. He has published numerous articles on his research within these fields to support his applied consultancy practice. Working with his clients, Martin co-creates bespoke individual and team development performance plans linked to the core objectives of the business. Ultimately, Martin is passionate about connecting people to purpose to drive performance.
Andy will present one of the morning sessions, which is titled “Great People for Amazing profit”. He will share his ideas on how leading businesses across the world are learning to better connect with both staff and customers, to drive their success and profit.
Andy is an advocate for positive change and has a mission to help change business culture. He will discuss how to create noble leaders of industry who lead by example, empower teams, and build amazing businesses and brands.

The Kbsa Conference 2022, is open to all independent retailers, not just Kbsa members. It will be held on Wednesday 28 September 2022 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, West Midlands.
