Entries now Open for New Kbsa Awards

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association, Kbsa has announced that the Designer Awards 2018 are now open for entries and that the new awards include improvements and enhancements designed to make them the most relevant and respected design awards in the industry.
Kbsa national chair Richard Hibbert says, “Our awards are already established as one of the most worthwhile awards in the industry because they come from the only trade association for independent kitchen and bathroom retailers in the UK.
“We are celebrating our 40th anniversary this year and want to make them even better and more relevant. Our aim is to ensure that they are best in class and truly transparent and believe that this is made possible because of the anonymous judging, ensuring everyone has a fair chance of winning.
“This year we have enhanced the rewards and recognition package substantially. All shortlisted projects receive PR support and promotion of their winning designs and winners have a substantial package of personalised PR support, as well as exposure direct to consumers via our own consumer handbook.
“For the first time we have also introduced a financial reward for the Young Designer Award to show how serious we are about promoting excellence at all levels of education and training.”
The Kbsa Design Awards 2018 include:
- Kitchens up to £20K
- Kitchens £20K to £40K
- Kitchens over £40K
- Bathroom Designer
- Kitchen Concept
- Young Designer
New Kbsa members and KBB retailers that are in the processes of applying for membership also have the opportunity to enter this year. Retailers that have applied and membership is accepted before the award deadline and new members that have projects completed before they joined, can enter.
