Here's what our dedicated members and retailers have to say about us

The Kbsa has introduced me to a consumer finance partner which enables me to compete against the nationals and in turn increasing my client base and turnover. Since joining the Kbsa i have found the AGM to be a perfect opportunity to network and find out best practice from my peers within the industry.

For me, this Lockdown the Kbsa have been a fantastic support and really demonstrated its worth to all of us! From keeping us updated to what grants and loans we could claim for - to further support from Croner and regular online discussions/meetings. My main focus has always been on utilising Consumer Care/ Consumer Care Plus but the more important benefits as a member have become much more apparent in the last 3 months. Well done and many thanks to the Kbsa team!

Being a member of the Kbsa has been an invaluable tool for Aristocraft in recent months. Having closed our showrooms due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have relied on the Kbsa for support, guidance and updates on when we could resume business as usual, as well as receiving helpful tools and resources. The Kbsa promotes the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship across the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector and being a member gives our customers further confirmation that Aristocraft will always adhere to these standards. We have recently started offering our customers a deposit protection scheme that we were able to access through our Kbsa membership and we look forward to exploring further benefits in the future.

The Kbsa have been a solid support through the years we have been in the association. The combination of the Kbsa with Croner has been great getting quick advice when needed. From the informative conferences to helping guide our business through the COVID-19 pandemic with support and knowledge, it has all been greatly received.”

For us, the Kbsa associates us with an officially recognised body to give potential clients a bit more certainty over what they are purchasing before making such a big decision. Along this same thread the deposit protection insurance is another way that will give clients a bit more of a safety net if they are concerned with the global state of the economy before committing to placing an order

I am pleased to be a member as the Kbsa is on the side of the independent retailer, fighting for our business interests, the membership fee we paid was quickly re paid by a customer placing a substantial order with us after they found us via the Kbsa website the week after we had joined!

Allister and the team from the Kbsa have been extremely helpful, supportive and informative during this most difficult time. Communication from the Kbsa has been consistent and reliable throughout and we are delighted to be members of such a professional organisation.

The Kbsa leads the way for Independent Retailers, networking is good and been a great help over the recent unprecedented lockdown. Their guidance has been invaluable over recent months. Feels reassuring to be a member. Offering the Kbsa Consumercare Insurance Scheme is also a great advantage to any member, it gives the customer peace of mind with deposits protection. Been members of the Kbsa for many years and have always found it beneficial.

"The Kbsa represents retailers who work to a very high standard and this is recognised by the large number of Household Name brands who choose to sign up as corporate members and support the Association. Brands like Siemens, AEG, Neff, Franke, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Whirlpool, Aga, Stoves and Hotpoint specifically take positive action to support the association. The groups who own the leading brands within the Kitchen industry all actively participate in the association because they recognise the benefits of being part of the UK’s leading Kitchen Retailer’s Association. "Our own Company has recently transferred to the Kbsa’s preferential merchant services scheme with Barclaycard and are already enjoying the significant savings. We should have done it earlier!!"

"All I need to do is look at my Google analytic's to see the benefit I receive from the Kbsa.  It’s an essential part of my marketing, with all the additional benefits being a bonus."

“A professional retailer requires a deposit to maintain cash flow and enables their business to run smoothly & profitable, The deposit ceiling which KBSA members adhere to is 25%, (Trustmark’s criteria is the same) and this area of deposit is standard amongst specialist retailers. I would argue that the taking of a reasonable deposit and the process of taking a customer through the insurance process illustrates that the retailer is professional”

"Kbsa  told me about a recent opportunity which enabled me to win a stand at Grand Designs Live Show in May 2014 – a huge thank you as I would have had no idea whatsoever. So another great reason to be part of the Kbsa."
