We chose Lima based on their reputation and it proved an excellent choice for us. We now have a kitchen completely different to what we envisaged due to the design produced by Elizabeth which went against the conventional, and we are so pleased with it. Consequently we gained valuable space and functionality we did not have with our previous rather tired and conventional kitchen layout.. From start to finish we new exactly what was happening, and the whole project running exactly as per schedule and without any hitches. The contractors used to undertake the work were absolutely amazing, and we could discuss what was planned and any changes with ease. The quality of work produced by them and attention to detail brought the design to life. They were also very accommodating around the work that had to be fitted in by ourselves throughout the install. Throughout the whole project Lima was always easily contactable whenever any questions arose, and our thanks to all at Lima and the contractors who made the whole project work. The service from Lima Kitchens was very efficient and we are extremely pleased with how our kitchen was designed and installed. Aiden did an excellent job of fitting the units and his attention to detail is commended. All Lima contractors for the electrics, gas and plumbing used were very professional and friendly. Ashling provided a great service in project managing the build and ensured any snags were resolved. Overall we are very happy with the quality of workmanship delivered.

The reasons we chose Lima have been given already. Whats more important is that the journey was not stressful mainly because we were listened to and any issue was addressed and any change we wanted was incorporated.. The renovation is complete and we are very happy. Quality of contractors used was excellent.

Andreya got the type of kitchen we were looking for straight away, there was no hard sell or pressure at any point for us to go with Lima- which was another big factor. The team right the way through the build were brilliant, we had regular meetings and updates; Aishling made sure we knew who to expect and when. The team tidied up so well that most of the time I didn't know they had been other than more cupboards/ lights or wiring had appeared. To be 100% honest, yes there were one or two small snags at the end but again, the team have sorted these with no quibbles or problems at all, and certainly not anything that would make us change the scores at all. The initial design was beautiful and we were involved throughout to finalise a kitchen we would love. We were impressed that they listened and responded as well as offering their expertise. The showroom had lots of great ideas like the spring back doors, extractor hobs ,quooker tap, quality cabinets and the dekton worktop we fell in love with.

We have used Lima on two occasions now and they have consistently surpassed our expectations on all fronts. Lima Kitchens made the whole process of updating our kitchen so easy, The designer listened carefully to what we needed and cleverly made the most of quite a modest space. At every stage, we felt like we were in control and no change was ever too much bother. Communication was excellent and the project itself was so well organised. We didn’t just buy a kitchen from Lima we bought an experience and we purchased a kitchen from people who truly cared about us getting the kitchen we needed unlike some of the larger retailers. The knowledge of the designer was amazing and we learned so much about the products. The kitchen fitters showed care and craftsmanship in their work, not just rushing to finish the job. We are very happy with the Project which was finished on schedule and our new living space.

When we met Lima, we had already assigned another kitchen company and paid a deposit and all electrics, heating and plumbing was fitted so it was a difficult decision to start again. However the knowledge and expertise that Lima showed including Liz’s design insight and interest in our use of the kitchen and our preference was so refreshing. Liz could see our current design wasn’t going to optimise the space and lifestyle we needed. Lima wasn’t the cheapest option, but we needed to trust our retailer was acting in our best interest and the suggestions were never about cost. We had total trust in the choices. The only regret was that we had not gone to Lima initially.
