Fantastic service given for this installation, both by John and Stacey in the showroom and also by Roger (the fitter) and those he deployed as part of the project. Product quality and the fitting is of a very, very high quality; we've had the kitchen a number of months now and have had no issues with any of the units or the appliances, unlike others we know who used other kitchen companies. Thoroughly recommended.
Regal Kitchens were excellent from start to finish. The design process was done by CAD, enabling us to see a 3D view of the proposed installation in situ. This really helped us to refine and improve the design, with some excellent advice from Regal on layout. The showroom was very helpful as we're able to see most of the items were ended up installing. The installation process was well organised - the fitters were highly skilled, punctual, tidy and very polite. Regal also helped to arrange some minor building works so we could install a glass roof in the kitchen. Overall, excellent attention to detail, with a high quality finish at a sensible price.

Lima Kitchens took into account our budget and our design tastes as well as our practical requirements. What we loved was the completely fresh and unique approach the designer took with the space, without being limited by the existing locations of the sink and appliances. We didn't think we would be able to have an island, but Lima took this challenge and provided us with a wonderful peninsula which allows us to use the kitchen how we always dreamed. We would never have been able to achieve what is our dream kitchen without Lima's design, project management and the excellent trades that they engage on their client's behalf. Communication throughout the process was excellent and everyone had their role to play. We would recommend them 100% and still have to pinch ourselves when we look at our new kitchen.
We went to the showroom and after talking with Michael at some length, we formed the impression that we could trust him and his team to do a good job. Our expectation was very high, but they went beyond our highest hopes. The fitting was extremely accurate and all the more impressive as such abstract concepts as right angles, horizontal, vertical are rarely realised in our 200 year old cottage. We knew that removing a certain amount of masonry and tiling was potentially messy, but the mess was kept to a bare minimum. Disruption of other kinds such as turning off the water and electricity supplies was inevitable but astonishingly minimal. The tired old bathroom is now a thing of beauty, which, according to Keats, is a joy forever.
We were very impressed with the quality and interaction of the team at Lima. We had several meetings and at each meeting they listened to our requirements and adjusted the design accordingly. Excellent listening skills-knowledgeable team and really good quality installer team along with great project management the whole process was easy

From design to install to after care the experience with Stacey, Phil & Roger the fitter , has been excellent. Issues will always crop up and the Regal team have been both timely and utterly dedicated to finding timely solutions to meet our needs .The attention to detail by all of the team throughout the entire journey was exceptional and sets Regal apart from its competitors. We would thoroughly recommend Regal for any kitchen install large or small.
