We are delighted with our bathroom. The whole process from initial appointment to the finished product was very smooth. Communication was great. Workmanship was of a high standard and the men doing the job were very cheery, polite and hardworking.

I had very specific ideas for my kitchen and I originally approached Duncan's for the convenience. I knew a kitchen re-model involved multiple trades and I didn't have the time or will to coordinate it all myself. Duncan's exceeded my expectations in every way. From the design meetings with Holly who had invaluable insight into how a kitchen should be designed not only to be beautiful but also useful, to Iain who worked with me to create some very specific and complicated unit fronts - I had a vision and Duncan's made it a reality. The installation was seamless. Every single person onsite was first class. Liam and his apprentice Chae were just brilliant. The sub contracted painters, electricians and plumbers went above and beyond. Everything was carried out with care, with minimal mess and within the agreed timescale. I even requested a few design changes half way through installation which included building 3 additional units - this was absolutely no bother for Iain and the team - zero stress. The day after hand over (a Saturday) Holly phoned to check in and make sure all was well. I am over the moon with my new kitchen and cannot express how happy I am that I chose Duncan's to create it
