In the era of the chatbot, it was a pleasure to deal with a company that believes in old fashioned customer service. Each step in the commissioning and installation process for our new kitchen was clearly explained and deadlines met where at all possible. We are delighted with our new Regal kitchen and can't fault the support we had in choosing the right design and appliances. The installation was carried out efficiently and professionally. We felt that the Regal team really cared about delivering a finished kitchen that they and we could be proud of.

On initial engagement I found Stacy and the team to be extremely professional. They took my initial crude looking plans and worked it in a comprehensive design that included all my requirements and suggested other items I have overlooked, my plan also included the removal of a non-structural wall. The whole process was explained to me from initial design, survey, installation and aftercare. They highlighted areas that were "unknown" at the time, informing me that additional works may be required after the wall was removed, but all items would be discussed and agreed by me prior to any additional works. As the project progressed items were identified and proposals were made, agreed and implemented with minimal impact of timescales. The aftercare was excellent, minimal and minor snags were noted, and Stacey attended the installation and a plan was agreed to rectify these. "At our first meeting with Stacey Docherty of Regal Kitchens we found her to be very pleasant and friendly but also professional in the way she dealt with us and with the few matters which cropped up where it was necessary for us to seek her assistance. She listened and took on board our requirements and,after the first site visit,explained why some of those could not be fulfilled mainly due to the limits on the space which was available.She made a number of suggestions and prepared a layout which maximised the available space and with which we were happy to agree and to proceed with the installation. While the work was in progress she checked with us to ensure that everything was being carried out to our satisfaction and impressed upon us that if we had any questions at any time she would be available to provide the necessary assistance. We found the whole process took in to account the fact that we were resident in the property but at no time were we left feeling unable to cope with the obvious disruption the installation brought about. All in all, although it was entered into with no little trepidation, with Stacey's help, the whole process proved to be less traumatic than had been anticipated.

The level of personal service we received through-out the whole experience was top notch. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we spent plenty of time and visits making decisions about what we wanted. Installation by the fitter, Ian, was outstanding and his attention to detail was first class . Whenever our house presented him a challenge he talked us through the options, keeping us informed as he went along. As well as installing the kitchen he project managed all the other required trades people who we also couldn't fault. Regal kept a close eye on the instalation and came round once completed to check the work was in order and that we were happy with everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending Regal to anybody else who wanted a new kitchen

Initial consultations on design ideas were helpful with multiple options presented with computer aided designs helping bring everything to life. Showroom visits helped secure fixtures, fittings, appliances etc and scheduling of work supported all calendars. Fitters were excellent, offering guidance and advice as the project developed. Work was completed to a high standard, the work ethic of the fitters was great. Such large projects will always have some challenges and everyone was on call 24/7 and when we did experience small issues the relevant trades person would attend morning, afternoon, evening and weekends to solve. Installations were complete ahead of schedule. Aftercare was great. Sales and design team attended site regularly to check we were happy with progress. Communication throughout was very good whether with us and/or between all the trades people and on one occasion with a vendor of one of the appliances to support resolution of a minor challenge.

We were looking for a company to design, supply and install a new kitchen and based on previous reviews selected Regal Kitchens. The whole process was well managed end to end. John provided design ideas including storage solutions and Stacey has excellent knowledge of all products assisting with product selection. They accommodated changes to some of the design before the work started. Dan’s professionalism and attention to detail during installation was second to none. After fitting a quality check was completed by Phil to ensure everything was correctly installed. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend.

Regal Kitchens followed up our initial enquiry and maintained contact throughout the pre planning and installation stages and the follow up. They managed the whole process and project and the various tradespeople required at the right times. All involved were very polite, professional and easy to communicate with and get on with. Although our installation was fairly simple compared with some i.e. no real building work/alterations it was all done with us in mind. It can an upheaval ; washing up in a shower tray or small en-suite sink and cooking food in the study etc, they ensured that they did all they could to minimise the disruption. The installer was great and also ensured that any mess was cleared at teh end of each day and left clean and tidy.

We were extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from everyone involved in the process. The staff were extremely friendly and professional without being ‘pushy’ in any way and were happy to accommodate our needs and suggestions. We went to three companies for ideas and quotes. One was far too expensive. Regal and the other were similar in price, but we preferred Regal’s design and felt their experience and product were superior. Regal kitchens provided us with an excellent service from our initial discussions, their design ideas and incorporating our feedback. The installation was trouble free and everything was delivered on time and on budget.

Regal Kitchens were excellent from start to finish. The design process was done by CAD, enabling us to see a 3D view of the proposed installation in situ. This really helped us to refine and improve the design, with some excellent advice from Regal on layout. The showroom was very helpful as we're able to see most of the items were ended up installing. The installation process was well organised - the fitters were highly skilled, punctual, tidy and very polite. Regal also helped to arrange some minor building works so we could install a glass roof in the kitchen. Overall, excellent attention to detail, with a high quality finish at a sensible price.
