[The brief was] to create and install a designated bar room within this home in the Leicestershire village of Newton Harcourt. The room required a separate area for occasional dining, worktop space for a DJ desk and illuminated shelving for spirit bottles. One of the main features of the room needed to be the ceiling, where we used a mixture of materials and textures, including an antique mirror in a grid format, which added drama and height to the space.
