On initial engagement I found Stacy and the team to be extremely professional. They took my initial crude looking plans and worked it in a comprehensive design that included all my requirements and suggested other items I have overlooked, my plan also included the removal of a non-structural wall. The whole process was explained to me from initial design, survey, installation and aftercare. They highlighted areas that were "unknown" at the time, informing me that additional works may be required after the wall was removed, but all items would be discussed and agreed by me prior to any additional works. As the project progressed items were identified and proposals were made, agreed and implemented with minimal impact of timescales. The aftercare was excellent, minimal and minor snags were noted, and Stacey attended the installation and a plan was agreed to rectify these. Everything was undertaken in a highly professional manner and I am very pleased with my new Kitchen
"At our first meeting with Stacey Docherty of Regal Kitchens we found her to be very pleasant and friendly but also professional in the way she dealt with us and with the few matters which cropped up where it was necessary for us to seek her assistance. She listened and took on board our requirements and,after the first site visit,explained why some of those could not be fulfilled mainly due to the limits on the space which was available.She made a number of suggestions and prepared a layout which maximised the available space and with which we were happy to agree and to proceed with the installation. While the work was in progress she checked with us to ensure that everything was being carried out to our satisfaction and impressed upon us that if we had any questions at any time she would be available to provide the necessary assistance. We found the whole process took in to account the fact that we were resident in the property but at no time were we left feeling unable to cope with the obvious disruption the installation brought about. All in all, although it was entered into with no little trepidation, with Stacey's help, the whole process proved to be less traumatic than had been anticipated.

Ashford Kitchens & Interiors have undertaken both kitchen fitting and fitted wardrobe fitting for us. We are exceptionally pleased with both projects. Their work is of the highest standard. Communication (especially with regards to kitchen) was excellent at all times. Any issues were quickly resolved. Paul, the fitter, was amazing, and all the staff delivered exceptional customer service. We would have no hesitation in using Ashford Kitchens & Interiors again, and indeed recommending them.
The level of personal service we received through-out the whole experience was top notch. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we spent plenty of time and visits making decisions about what we wanted. Installation by the fitter, Ian, was outstanding and his attention to detail was first class . Whenever our house presented him a challenge he talked us through the options, keeping us informed as he went along. As well as installing the kitchen he project managed all the other required trades people who we also couldn't fault. Regal kept a close eye on the instalation and came round once completed to check the work was in order and that we were happy with everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending Regal to anybody else who wanted a new kitchen
Initial consultations on design ideas were helpful with multiple options presented with computer aided designs helping bring everything to life. Showroom visits helped secure fixtures, fittings, appliances etc and scheduling of work supported all calendars. Fitters were excellent, offering guidance and advice as the project developed. Work was completed to a high standard, the work ethic of the fitters was great. Such large projects will always have some challenges and everyone was on call 24/7 and when we did experience small issues the relevant trades person would attend morning, afternoon, evening and weekends to solve. Installations were complete ahead of schedule. Aftercare was great. Sales and design team attended site regularly to check we were happy with progress. Communication throughout was very good whether with us and/or between all the trades people and on one occasion with a vendor of one of the appliances to support resolution of a minor challenge.
Lima kitchen was very professional from the start. Communication and response to queries was prompt. Price comparable to other high street installers. Project was managed very well. Excellent installer. Overall a great experience and very happy with the kitchen.
The installation was very smooth from beginning to end. All workmen were polite, helpful and professional. There was minimal disruption and the site was cleared and cleaned every night. They stuck to the agreed schedule and all the work was carried out very efficiently.
We were looking for a company to design, supply and install a new kitchen and based on previous reviews selected Regal Kitchens. The whole process was well managed end to end. John provided design ideas including storage solutions and Stacey has excellent knowledge of all products assisting with product selection. They accommodated changes to some of the design before the work started. Dan’s professionalism and attention to detail during installation was second to none. After fitting a quality check was completed by Phil to ensure everything was correctly installed. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend.
"Share your experience with other people"A positive experience from start to finish. Lima stood out for two reasons: Firstly, the approach to design. Other companies that we spoke to made minimal changes to our existing (24-year-old) kitchen layout in order to accommodate our wish list. Their plans left us feeling underwhelmed. Lima has interior designers rather than kitchen planners and it shows. Katja listened when we said that we’d always thought there must be a better way to make use of the space we had. Where others had treated the position of sinks and radiators as constraints, Katja’s design reimagined the space and moved things if they were in the way. We saw the CAD renders and were blown away. Both of us knew then that was what we wanted. Secondly Lima were the only people we spoke to who would manage every aspect of the project. Others would do some things but would have left us to find and coordinate some or all of the other trades at an unknown cost. Lima has a roster of subcontractors to handle plumbing, electrical work, plastering, flooring, carpentry and decorating and so could provide a full cost from the off. Matt and Alex had a comprehensive schedule of what work would happen when. Every subcontractor appeared when the project plan said they would and so the whole thing was as straightforward from a client perspective as a kitchen replacement project can be. Inevitably there was the odd minor snag but these were all dealt with and we were kept informed throughout. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and expect to remain so for many years to come. However, if we were to need another kitchen, we’d be straight back to Lima.
Michael is very friendly and engaging. He took the time to go through options with us, and came up with helpful and constructive suggestions, as well as solutions given the unusual shape of the kitchen in a 17th century cottage. The software used enabled us the "walk through" the design on screen which was so useful. The quote was in line with our expectations, and Michael took the trouble to offer more cost effective options if they became available. We were not rushed and at all times Michael kept us fully informed and was incredibly responsive when we needed to email him. The fitters (Phil and Steve) and the electricians and painter were just wonderful. They always arrived promptly and worked hard every day, and kept us informed on what they would be doing next. The kitchen was fitted to the highest of standards and if any issues arose during fitting, they were dealt with immediately. Phil and Steve in conjunction with Michael always had a solution. We just love the new kitchen and utility room. They are now rooms we want to spend time in and have transformed the whole feel of the house. There are no negatives. Our entire experience was a positive one and we were so impressed from start to finish that we have already started planning our replacement bathrooms with Michael.
