All the people who work for Duncans are lovely, have good design ideas, excellent workmanship and above all communicate well. Nothing was ever too much trouble and problems, where they existed, were quickly resolved. The build was all done without us being on site which made the excellent communication all the more vital. The project was delivered in line with the estimate. We are very happy with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
