“John Willox Kitchen Design were superb from the first time we went to their showroom. We chose them because we wanted to stay local. Their designer Diane was so helpful in designing our kitchen with exactly what I had in mind. Their installers Bob Stuart Joinery were brilliant – arrived when they said they would, always tidied up at the end of the day and did a great job. Very happy customers here.”

I chose John Willox design as I liked the kitchen cabinets on show in the showroom. I made an appointment with one of their designers, Joanna and I was asked exactly what I wanted in my kitchen.Joanna made suggestions and showed me several samples. A plan was made and we met again to discuss it and the estimated cost. I had a very tight budget for the kitchen as I needed to repair walls and ceiling too. Joanna discussed alternative products and with her and John Willox assistance and suggestions the kitchen planned met my budget without compromising my dream kitchen. The kitchen arrived promptly and was completed by the planned date. I am delighted with the kitchen which is more spacious and brighter than my previous one. The care John Willox design took over all aspects was fantastic .

From the first visit to the showroom to the full fit out everything was so easy and fully explained. Our kitchen is large and work surfaces large and I have issues with joints but they went above and beyond to satisfy us.

We chose to work with John Willox kitchen design rather than other companies who prepared designs for us. Their sales staff have great attention to detail and really listened to what we wanted. Their knowledge of products was great and they were always willing to explore options for us. Once we had confirmed the design, their team were great at communicating with us through the order and delivery process. The delivery and fitting went smoothly and the after sales service has been great in resolving a couple of minor issues. We would have no hesitation in recommending John Willox Kitchen Design to others.
