The 2019 event will again be held at the four star Stratford Manor Hotel, located just five minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon.

This year's exclusive Retailer Dinner will take place on Tuesday 24th September, while the full day Conference, AGM and Awards Dinner will be held the following day, Wednesday 25th September.

The 2019 event will build on the success of last year with a conference programme that will include workshop sessions for retailers titled 'Social Media Solutions', The Customer Journey' and 'The Future Market Place' along with speakers that will educate and entertain during the afternoon.

The exclusive retailer dinner on the evening before the conference has become a firm favourite with retailers who appreciate the opportunity to network with other business owners and build relationships. Arriving the night before the conference is also popular as it means delegates can be fresh and ready at the venue the next morning.

The awards dinner will recognise and reward the winners from the 2019 Kbsa Designer Awards which were launched on the 7th March 2019.
