The Kbsa Conference AGM and Awards Dinner will take place on Wednesday 12 September at the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon.
We want to build on the success of last year’s event, making 2018 even bigger and better. The Kbsa is celebrating 40 years this year, so there will be some extra special surprises in store.
Details released so far include the pre-conference, exclusive retailer dinner on Tuesday 11 September. This will be followed by an all-day conference on Wednesday 12 September. Workshops and presentations will also be part of the day which will culminate in the awards dinner in the evening.
The format of a lunchtime AGM followed by the conference will be maintained with a selection of interesting and relevant speakers. This year’s AGM and Conference follows on from our very successful 2017 “Better Together” Conference and will be presented under the banner “Investing in the Future”. It will focus on sharing best practices in business management, networking, social media as well as training and education. The conference will also provide you with an insight into future design trends in our industry.
The afternoon speakers include the recently announced head judge for the Design Awards, Wayne Hemmingway and a keynote speaker, which will be announced soon.
The Awards Dinner will be held on the same evening providing an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the best designers in the KBB industry. These hotly contended awards have become a must for retailers wanting to promote good design and business practice as well as gain valuable publicity for their showroom.
