Michael is very friendly and engaging. He took the time to go through options with us, and came up with helpful and constructive suggestions, as well as solutions given the unusual shape of the kitchen in a 17th century cottage. The software used enabled us the "walk through" the design on screen which was so useful. The quote was in line with our expectations, and Michael took the trouble to offer more cost effective options if they became available. We were not rushed and at all times Michael kept us fully informed and was incredibly responsive when we needed to email him. The fitters (Phil and Steve) and the electricians and painter were just wonderful. They always arrived promptly and worked hard every day, and kept us informed on what they would be doing next. The kitchen was fitted to the highest of standards and if any issues arose during fitting, they were dealt with immediately. Phil and Steve in conjunction with Michael always had a solution. We just love the new kitchen and utility room. They are now rooms we want to spend time in and have transformed the whole feel of the house. There are no negatives. Our entire experience was a positive one and we were so impressed from start to finish that we have already started planning our replacement bathrooms with Michael.
An excellent experience from beginning to end. The fitting team were superb and communications exceptional. We were delighted with the finished result.
We went to the showroom and after talking with Michael at some length, we formed the impression that we could trust him and his team to do a good job.
Our expectation was very high, but they went beyond our highest hopes. The fitting was extremely accurate and all the more impressive as such abstract concepts as right angles, horizontal, vertical are rarely realised in our 200 year old cottage. We knew that removing a certain amount of masonry and tiling was potentially messy, but the mess was kept to a bare minimum. Disruption of other kinds such as turning off the water and electricity supplies was inevitable but astonishingly minimal. The tired old bathroom is now a thing of beauty, which, according to Keats, is a joy forever.
